1. Promotion
Subject to these Promotion Terms, each Eligible User (as defined below) will receive one (1) entry into a promotional draw ("Draw") for a chance to win one of twenty-five (25) promotional rewards ("Reward"). By participating in the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Promotion Terms.
2. Promotion Period
2.1 The Promotion will commence on 20 August 2026 and will continue until 20 October 2026 (both dates inclusive) ("Promotion Period").
2.2 Any activities completed outside the Promotion Period shall not be eligible for participation in the Promotion.
3. Eligibility
3.1 Eligible User
For purposes of this Promotion, an "Eligible User" means a natural person who:
- is a UAE resident aged eighteen (18) years or above;
- maintains a valid Skiply account;
- successfully completes a Qualifying Payment through Skiply during the Promotion Period;
- follows the official Skiply UAE Instagram account specified by Rakbank; and
- satisfies all eligibility requirements under these Promotion Terms.
3.2 Qualifying Payment
A "Qualifying Payment" means a successful education fee payment of AED 10,000 or more made through the Skiply application during the Promotion Period.
3.3 Participation
Participation in the Promotion shall be open to both Rakbank customers and non-Rakbank customers.
3.4 Excluded Transactions
Cancelled, reversed, refunded, disputed, charge-backed, fraudulent or otherwise unsuccessful transactions shall not qualify for participation in the Promotion.
3.5 Number of Entries
Each Eligible User shall receive one (1) Entry only during the Promotion Period irrespective of:
- the number of Qualifying Payments made; or
- the value of Qualifying Payments made.
4. Draw
4.1 Twenty-five (25) unique winners shall be selected through a random draw from all eligible Entries received during the Promotion Period.
4.2 The Draw shall be conducted within ninety (90) calendar days following the end of the Promotion Period.
4.3 The Draw will be conducted as per the guidelines issued by the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (DET). All Draws shall be conducted by a DET officer.
4.4 Winners shall be notified using the contact details available to Rakbank and/or through the communication channels used by the participant for participation in the Promotion.
4.5 If a selected winner:
- cannot be contacted;
- fails to provide information reasonably required to verify eligibility;
- is determined by Rakbank to be ineligible; or
- fails to claim or collect the Reward within five (5) working days from notification,
Rakbank reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
4.6 Rakbank's determination of eligible Entries, winner selection and Reward entitlement shall be final, conclusive and binding.
5. Reward
5.1 Twenty-five (25) unique winners shall be selected through the Draw and shall each receive one (1) Reward.
5.2 The Rewards shall comprise:
- three (3) PlayStation 5 gaming consoles;
- five (5) Nintendo Switch gaming consoles;
- four (4) Apple iPads;
- three (3) laptops; and
- ten (10) Majid Al Futtaim gift vouchers with a value of AED 500 each.
5.3 The Reward awarded shall depend on the sequence in which the winning Entry is selected during the Draw, as follows:

5.4 Each Eligible User may win a maximum of one (1) Reward under the Promotion.
5.5 The Reward is non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable and may not be redeemed for cash, credit or any alternative benefit.
5.6 Rakbank reserves the right to substitute the Reward with another item of substantially equivalent value where reasonably necessary.
5.7 Reward shall be distributed within ninety (90) calendar days following completion of the Draw.
5.8 Winners may be required to provide:
- proof of identity;
- proof of residency;
- the original Qualifying Payment receipt; and/or
- any other evidence reasonably required by Rakbank to verify eligibility.
6. General
6.1 Use of the Skiply application remains subject to the Skiply User Terms and Conditions.
6.2 Reward may be forfeited or Eligible Users may be disqualified from participation in the Promotion, if Rakbank has sufficient grounds to believe that any such user has violated these Promotion Terms, the Skiply User Terms and Conditions, any laws or regulations applicable in the UAE.
6.3 All decisions of Rakbank relating to the Promotion, each of which is at the sole and absolute discretion of Rakbank, shall be final and conclusive.
6.4 Rakbank shall not be responsible for, and makes no representation or warranty regarding, the quality, fitness, merchantability, suitability, condition, performance or availability or redemption of any Reward. Any defect, complaint, warranty claim or issue relating to a Reward must be addressed directly with the relevant manufacturer, supplier or service provider, as applicable. Rakbank shall have no responsibility or liability for resolving any such matters.
6.5 Rakbank shall not be in breach of its obligations or otherwise be liable to conduct this Promotion in the event of any Force Majeure Event. For purposes of these Promotion Terms, "Force Majeure Event" shall mean any and all circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Rakbank including, amongst other things, acts of God, industrial disputes, civil disobedience/unrest, war, acts and regulations of any governmental or authority in any jurisdiction. In such circumstances, Rakbank's obligations to an Eligible User shall automatically stand discharged without the need to provide any further notice to that effect.
6.6 Any claim or dispute related to the Promotion should be raised with Rakbank within 90 calendar days from the conclusion of the Promotion Period. Rakbank's decision on all claims or disputes related to the Promotion shall be final and binding on you.
6.7 In the event Rakbank determines that you are not eligible to receive the Reward, or where Rakbank has knowledge of subsequent events which would mean that you would not have been entitled to receive the Reward, Rakbank reserves the right to claw back the Reward or deduct the equivalent amount from any account that you may hold with Rakbank.
6.8 Rakbank's decision relating to any aspect of the Promotion shall be final and binding.
6.9 These Promotion Terms, as may be amended by Rakbank from time to time with prior notice to you, govern the Promotion. These Promotion Terms and the Skiply User Terms and Conditions shall be construed as one agreement and shall govern the general relationship between you and Rakbank in connection with the Promotion and your use of the Skiply application. Unless otherwise expressly provided herein, the Skiply User Terms and Conditions shall remain in full force and effect. In the event of any inconsistency between the Skiply User Terms and Conditions and these Promotion Terms, these Promotion Terms shall prevail in relation to the Promotion. Words and expressions defined in the Skiply User Terms and Conditions shall have the same meaning herein unless the context otherwise requires.
